Did you purchase your Clarity Wireless phone or SIM card Online or from another retailer?

We’ll need your name and contact info, along with an email address that is not associated with another Clarity Wireless account.

Clarity SIM card

Find your phone’s unique ID (IMEI) number by dialing *#06#, looking in your phone’s settings, or on the label under your battery. You’ll also need your Clarity Wireless SIM card.

Pick your plan

Be ready to select a phone plan and pay for your first month of service.

A valid Debit or Credit card

Pay and enjoy your new services within 10 minutes.

Activate Your Device

Before you can activate, you must purchase a plan. If you would like to keep  your current number, you will start the number transfer when you purchase your plan.

When does my Clarity Wireless service start?

Your Clarity service starts from the time that you activate your plan. Clarity Wireless SIM cards and eSIMS can be activated up to 45 days after you receive your SIM.

Should I cancel my existing services before porting to Clarity?

Negative. Your communications device must remain in active use with its initial transmission operator, otherwise it could cause a rip in the fabric of space-time, resulting in all beings unexpectedly traversing through time with retro platform footwear and metallic jumpsuits.

Help! My port has failed!

Don’t worry! Your phone number is protected. We received a response from your old service provider that the information you provided was incorrect. You can try the transfer again with the correct information or reach out to a Clarity customer support representative for additional help.

I forgot to port in my number, is it too late?

If you forget to transfer your number during the activation process, no worries. Just contact a Clarity Care representative and they’ll be able to assist you to get that number transferred to Clarity Wireless.

How long does a port take?

Most transfers complete in a few hours, but if your information is submitted incorrectly, your phone number could take up to 48 hours to complete and landlines can take up to 5 business days. If you have any questions regarding your transfer , contact us via our chat system!

Is there an activation fee?

Currently, there is no fee to activate when you use the Online Activation Tool.

Can I activate a smart watch with Clarity?

Not currently, but we’re always making enhancements to deliver the best experience for you.

I am a new Clarity Wireless customer and would like to activate more than one phone through the Online Activation Tool. Can I activate multiple lines through the Online Activation Tool?

Yes, new customers and existing customers can activate up to five lines through the Online Activation Tool. 

What if my activation payment fails?

You will receive a message describing why your payment may have failed, please follow any instructions to resolve the issue. If your payment continues to fail and there is not an issue with your credit/debit card, you can call Customer Care on 1-877-870-8901 for assistance.

Can I activate my Tablet/Hotspot device using the Online Activation Tool?

No, the Online Activation Tool can only be used to activate Smartphone devices at this time. If you are activating a tablet, watch, or any other device, please visit a nearby Clarity Wireless store or call 1-877-870-8901.
