How do i get the smartwatch plan?

The Smartwatch Rate Plan will be added to your account and you will pay for your first month of service when you pair your smartwatch with your existing iPhone or Android device through the app.

Can I bring my smartwatch to Clarity?

Yes. You can bring the Apple Watch Series 4 or newer to Clarity Wireless. 

Do I have to be a Clarity customer to buy a watch plan?

Yes. You must be a Clarity customer and have an active iPhone or android on Clarity to add  Watch plan to your account.

Can I add my watch mid-payment cycle?

Yes. You’ll be charged the full  amount for your first month of service when you set up your watch in the app.
