2. Data throughput speeds are capped at a maximum available data speed, which may not provide you with the highest speed available in a location at a specific point in time. Each plan’s “up to” data speed is not guaranteed to be your actual speed. Actual speeds vary and may be affected by a number of factors, including your proximity to a cell site, the capacity of the cell site, the number of other users connected to the same cell site, the surrounding terrain, Clarity Wireless network management practices, the applications you use, and you’re in-building coverage.

3. 5G plans require a compatible 5G and/or 5G+ device. May not be available in your area. 5G+ is available only in very limited parts of select cities. See  for coverage details. Other restrictions apply.

4. If you exceed the included 300GB data per line during your billing period, a pay per use rate of $15 for each 5GB of data will apply.

5. Data throughput speeds of up to 50 Mbps and up to 100 Mbps requires wireless router with a Category 18 or higher modern and use where enhanced Clarity 4G LTE-Advanced service or 5G and/or 56+service is available

 Eligible Devices: Plans may only be used for a CRU line with a qualified datea-only wireless router. Each qualified device activated with an Clarity Wireless Broadband plan must have a primary place of use (“PPU”) within Clarity’s owned and operated wireless network coverage area within the U.S., (“Domestic Coverage Area”). May not use Service with any device other than Clarity approved LTE or 5G/5G+ enabled routers. lf a device not designed for the Service that is used with this rate plan, CLARITY WIRLESS reserves the right place the non-complying device(s) on the appropriate plan(s) and bill customer the associated fees for such plan. Devices must be activated with the IMEI of the device that will be in use. Removing a SIM from the device that was activated and placing it in an ineligible device is prohibited and may lead to the line being disconnected.

 Data Speeds: Each plan has a maximum data speed of 25 Mbps, 50 Mbps or 100 Mbps, depending on the selected plan.50 Mbps and 100 Mbps maximum data speeds are not available in all coverage areas and require (a) a device capable of using enhanced CLARITY WIRLESS 4G LTE- Advanced technologies or 5G/5G+ service and (b) use where those respective services are available. Speeds vary, may be affected by a number of factors, and are not guaranteed.

 Data Restrictions: After data usage on a line reaches the data usage threshold for its particular CLARITY WIRLESS Broadband on Wireless plan a bill cycle, for the remainder of the cycle CLARITY WIRLESS may temporarily slow data speeds on that line if the network is busy. The applicable plan usage threshold is 100 GB for the up to 25 Mbps plan,125GB for the up to 50 Mbps plan, or 175GB for the up to 100 Mbps plans.
